Bottle (as Goliath) at RBESG grand tasting, August 2005. Hazy blonde colour. very grainy aroma. better on the palate - yeast, light bitterness and some citric hops. Sweetish mouthfeel. But, all in all, not particularly interesting.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle pours a pale yellow and creates a thick and fluffy white head that laces my glass well. The head is nice, this meets the style characteristics quite well. Floral aroma with spices, dominated by coriander. Flavor is clove and coriander, peppery spice and sweet malt, strong yeast character and is lightly bitter in the back end. Medium body that opens sweet but finishes dry. Carbonation is soft and creamy. This is enjoyable, I am not certain if I will have the chance to try this again, but I would.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(on bottle at RBESG 2005)Dark abricotcolour, hazy and a white head. Very strong aroma of toast. Flavour is of vanilla and pear, lovely. No trace of the alcohol. Smooth like whiped cream and a slight tartness in the even slighter hoppy finish. Nice, fresh finish there.
