Bottle from Beers of Europe. Blond with diminishing head. Aroma of peach, honey, yeast, candi sugar. Full mouthfeel, little bit sweet. Not bad, not outstanding.

badgerben (4387) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - JUL 9, 2005
Muddled orange color with a medium head. Yeast and spice in the aroma. Strong malt base with a bready touch. A little too much bitterness throws it off balance. Meh.

Hazy orange coloured. Very yeasty nose. Malty flavour, quite sweet, yeast is obviously present like in the aroma. Sweet and little bit bitter finish. Ok beer.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a ring of white lace. Decent aroma and flavor of spices, fruits and yeast. Light body, dry texture, moderate carbonation.

TBone (12474) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 23, 2005
Bottled (BBE 2006)
Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Fruity, citrusy nose, same time a bit artificial - like dishing cleanser. Aroma lacks a good depth from yeasts. Lemony citrusy flavor, tickling bitterness but a bit restless, underlying grassy hops. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad blonde but quite ordinary.

A slightly oxidized grainy beer. Dry cobwebs yeast note with very little fruit or depth. Slightly sour and grassy finish boring beer.

Rastacouere (6123) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - FEB 17, 2005
Clear dulled golden. Diminishing ivory cover. Gently estery aroma letting a peachy and slightly grainy yeast nose paired with a good pils malt base. Slightly stale yeast character. Thin body tries to develop a creaminess through soft yet abundant carbonation. Floral character is on the edge of getting papery, I assume this is not one for aging. Not bad, perhaps a bit too linear for my tastes and could use a larger hop bite, it feels a bit too juicy sweet with this fruity maltiness. I’ve no idea what hops they used in this, but they appeared interesting to me, salty, herbal and pineapple like. I don’t remember that feel in many other beers.

Bottled. Golden. Weak aroma. A lot of co2. Cereal flavour with notes of perfume.
