3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
33cl bottle pours a pale yellow and creates a thick and fluffy white head that laces my glass well. The head is nice, this meets the style characteristics quite well. Floral aroma with spices, dominated by coriander. Flavor is clove and coriander, peppery spice and sweet malt, strong yeast character and is lightly bitter in the back end. Medium body that opens sweet but finishes dry. Carbonation is soft and creamy. This is enjoyable, I am not certain if I will have the chance to try this again, but I would.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Bright peachy nose, bread, some yeast, and powdered sugar. Big peach and caramel initial / carb smash and mild hopping in mid, with a very slight off-flavor / finish is smooth and slightly warming. Thin-medium body. Pleasant enough. Decent aroma. Flavors average.

Preparação para a cerveja seguinte.
Mesmas características, porém não tão marcantes.
Bastante seca e com menos álcool que a Goliath Tripel

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
330ml bottle from Vanuxeem. A brilliant Belgian blonde from a truly excellent brewery. This resonates with a spicy fruitiness, bristling with a Belgian yeast with hints of vanilla. Could drink this all day long.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
33cl bottle. Yellow and hazy with medium to big head. Nose : tart, refreshing citrus aromas. Pineapple and apple. Yeast. Sip : good carbonation, creamy body. Medium sweet tart with strong citrus and hay background. It gets spicy pepper and clove and leaves earthy feeling on the tongue. Overall refreshing and tasty.

24/VIII/13 - 33cl bottle @ Bierweekend Lambiekstoempers (Alsemberg) - BB: n/a (2013-802) Thanks to T. for sharing today’s beers!
Clear pale yellow beer, big solid creamy white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty spicy, coriander, citrus, hay, grassy. MF: lots of carbon, light to medium body. Taste: citrus, grassy, some grapefruit, lots of coriander. Aftertaste: bitter hops, citrus, very spicy, hay. Tastes more like a saison to me...

Blonde opaque, pétillance fine, col fin mais tenace. Entrée en matière maltée-épicée suivie d’une amertume herbeuse moyenne avec une note de banane sur la toute fin. Banale mais agréable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Yellow to golden body, clear, with a huge head. Simple Belgian yeast, residual sugars, straightforward pale malts and a hint of banana. Straightforward Belgian, nothing interesting here. (33cl bottle from Drankenservice Françoise)
