From a 750mL Bottle. Mostly transparent, ruddy amber colored pour with a tall layer of frothy off-white head. Aromas of passion fruit and coconut, along with some soapy yeast characters. Notes of nutty malt and light biscuit. Light bodied, crisply carbonated mouthfeel with a dry, cleansing finish. Flavors of light toast and nutty malt up front on the palate, followed quickly by a moderately bitter hop character. The palate is exceptionally dry, but lacks depth; I find the malt character to fade quickly and the thinness of the body detracts. Minerally, with a dry, carbonic finish. A distinct, rusty iron flavor takes over where the malts leave off, although not intense enough to be unpleasant. The yeast presence, while enjoyable in the nose, seems to be almost missing from the palate. Interesting, but not enough to be a favorite saison.

Poured a hazy dark honey color with a small white head. Aroma has lots of light fruity with some syrup. Some sugar and yeast as well. Taste is a little strange, not as nice as the aroma. A bit dry at the beginning, with some skunky-caramel flavors. The finish is a bit better with some fruity notes and more caramel. Aftertaste of syrup and apples. Overall not the best.

Bottle. Light amber, hazy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, light caramel and light fruitiness, faint spiciness (coriander and pepper). Body is medium, malty - lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, light caramel and faint fruitiness, light spiciness and light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly wheaty and dryish, some spiciness with faint hoppyness. OK dryish saison, although too much caramel despite of bitterness/spiciness.

A cloudy, orange beer with a big and beige head. Aroma is fruitfull, yeast, some overcooked fruits and hint of earthy herbs. Taste is surprisingly tropical fruity, peaches, still quite dry, delicious, herbs and bitterness. Medium bodied, refreshnig carbonation, nice to drink. Fruitfull, not very saison like beer, but who cares, very delicious beer.

Bottle from Bierzwerg. Hazy amber colour with 2 finger head. Aroma is malt, hops. Flavour is fruit, hoppy finish. Pretty good.

330 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a deep copper amber colour with a large thick head. Aroma of sweet fruits, yeast and Belgian hops. Flavour of sweet fruits, some malts, Belgian hops and spices. A bit better when yeast is poured in. Medium bodied, foamy mouthfeel and a bitter sweet fruity finish. Good.

Pale amber with a thick white head. Fruity with floral tones. Malt, fruit, cereals and hops. Medium body with a balanced bitter finish.

Bottled 0.33L at Tuulensuu. Mild spicey nose with some hops too. Large pale beige head. Golden colour. Hoppy malty taste. At the end hoppy bitterness. Adding the rest softened the taste.

33cl bottle, BBE 08/2014. alc. 5%. Poured amber with a thin white head. Aroma has hops and fruit mostly, musty. Flavor is hops, yeast, apple cider, Very dry finish. Not bad at all, refreshing but light body

This is very plain for a saison, does not have all that funky character one would expect.

This is an intriguing beer especially for being a Saison. It does not have the bright notes of spices and such that one would expect. It does not hit the tongue on the tip or the sides but rather all the way in the back of the mouth. There is little lingering and for me left me wanting a little bit more bang for my buck.
