(Bottled, 0.75l, BBE 2007) Dark red/amber color with large, tight and foamy, slightly off-white head. Slightly sweet and sour, malty and fruity aroma. Fizzily-carbonated, but still very balanced and quite full-bodied palate. A very easily drinkable and pleasant-tasting bruin with well-balaced sweetness.

Very much like a stronger version of an English brown ale, taste was of corn, yeast, malts and cereals

33cl bottle. Strong hazy, brown liquid with tanned and medium to big head. Nose : toffee roasted malts. Sweet smell of tart. Some spices like cinnamon and a bit of clove. Sip : oily , slow to medium body with tingling carbonation. Sweet tart and toffee start. Roasted transition and the end continues with sweetness and toffee. Not bad.

Bottled. Darkish reddy brown. Aromas of spice, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor is mostly alcohol with dark fruit, hints of spice and citrus. Mouthfeel is dry..

33cl bottle, BBE 03/2014. Poured amber with a creamy white head. Aroma is wet wool socks and caramel notes. Flavor is similar, caramel and more spiciness, anise in finis. Bit too sweet. Medium body. Not very interesting.

Wet wool. A bit bready.. With some sweetness. Like a finnish skargardslimpa. Spicy finish. Not as full and smooth as i had expected, but nice. Enjoyable.

Sweet toffee and dark fruit nose with honey and light herbs. Taste is sweet and lightly bitter with squishy bland malt, lots of toffee and ice tea.

Tap at Max’s. Pours clear brown with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is light cookie and caramel malt with fruity esters and earthy hops. Flavor is malt dominant with light hops and bitterness, fruity esters and a sweet finish. Medium body and carbonation with light warmth.

Bottle. Amber, hazy, average to large and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and sweetish aroma, some caramel and faint fruitiness and faint spiciness. Body is medium, malty and sweetish flavor, some caramel and faint fruitiness and faint spiciness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and lihgt spiciness, some alcohol. Quite typical Belgian ale/brune, but not too sweet - alcohol dries the finish.

Small "beer volcano" with very carbonated" Missed fast flavor and had a little sad tang.

Amber brown beer with a off white head. Sweet caramel malt aroma with some yeast. Sweet caramel and malt taste and light bitter finish. ok, but nothing special.
