Fizzily-carbonated, but still very balanced and quite full-bodied palate. A very easily drinkable and pleasant-tasting bruin with well-balaced sweetness.

33cl bottle. Strong hazy, brown liquid with tanned and medium to big head. Nose : toffee roasted malts. Sweet smell of tart. Some spices like cinnamon and a bit of clove. Sip : oily , slow to medium body with tingling carbonation. Sweet tart and toffee start. Roasted transition and the end continues with sweetness and toffee. Not bad.

Finish is average, malty and lightly sweetish, light caramel and lihgt spiciness, some alcohol. Quite typical Belgian ale/brune, but not too sweet - alcohol dries the finish.
