COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

pours clear copper with a white head. faint hoppy aroma. light hoppy flavor with a pretty quick finish. a dab of caramel and a littly milky. light mouthfeel. not too complex or exciting, just a strightforeward EPA. eh.

Sample from bottle at the Halifax Seaport Beerfest. Amber colour with a mostly diminishing frothy white head. Light butterscotch and fruity aroma. Toasty malts with a fruity and lightly woody bitter finish. Light to medium bodied, lightly juicy mouthfeel.

Draft @ Suzuki’s Sushi in Rockland Maine. Pours Copper with a half finger bright white head. Nose is light but fragrant with some hops. Tasty slightly bitter, its not a bad match for Japanese food, and the price ain’t bad either.
