Bottle at the National Museum of the American Indian, believe it or not. Deep amber color, small white head, good lacing. Aroma and flavor of caramel and malt. Great body for a pale ale. Simple and straightforward flavor, a cut above others in the style.

Light amber pour with a fair sized head. Surprisingly sweet for a pale ale, with heavy notes of caramel and even a touch of honey. Hop bitterness comes through more in the finish, creating a fairly well balanced, if uninteresting, session beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours copper color, with huge, thick, foamy, white head and lovely carbonation. Aroma of bready malt with some earthy hops in the background. Medium, tangy body, slightly sweet. Taste is bready malt and grape fruit nicely balanced by earthy hops. Long balanced finish. It would not be my first choice of English Pale, but still nice brew.

This is a nice looking clear dark orange beer. Lots of visible carbonation. Minsicule head. Richly orange with the slightest haze.
The smell is slight. Mostly a dry yeast aroma backed by a biscuity English malt. The yeast scent comes out with agitation. Very very dry-smelling.
There is much more pale malt in the taste than in the smell. The malt is very dry, as is the heavy (ringwood?) yest. An English ale with extra dry pale malt added. Some sweet malt notes, too. (Caramel?) The hops are very mild. It is also unusually nutty for a pale; nutty like a brown. It’s pretty good.
Feels thick and "yeasty." Dry and a tiny bit bubbly. Creamy and substantial. It’s a nutty pale, almost a brown, except in color. A roasted pale.

12 oz. bottle. Pours clear copper amber color, with thin bubbly gray head. Aroma of malt, water, beer vat. Taste is pretty basic malt, some metallic coppery tones and maybe some butter. Medium to thin body, quaffable I guess. Not bad, but not great.

Poured Amber in color with a slight head that disappeared quickly. Taste is most dry throughout and a little bready. Not too much excitement here. Decent though.

This was a good english pale ale but it was not as mellow or smooth as i like. It had a good nose to it and looked very nice but it was just missing something, maybe the lobster from the label.
