COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

Pours an amber color with an off-white head. Caramel and malty aroma. Taste was pretty bland and standard for an EPA. Theree is a slightly sour finish. A small serving of hops and a bunch of maltiness. I wasn’t expecting much and didn’t get it. Ultimately, I could drink a lot of these beers, but I wouldn’t really call it exciting.

marcus (3763) - Sacramento, California, USA - NOV 27, 2008
This amber ale poured with a nice beige head and a caramel aroma. The caramel malt is fairly tasty, but there isn’t enough hopping to balance it out, leaving a rather bland, albeit carbonated, flavor.
