COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

Bottle. Pours an amber body with a white head. Light caramel with thin bitter butter and some light fruity esters. A light hoppy earthy note. eh.

Bottle at the National Museum of the American Indian, believe it or not. Deep amber color, small white head, good lacing. Aroma and flavor of caramel and malt. Great body for a pale ale. Simple and straightforward flavor, a cut above others in the style.

Nice sound aroma. Very refreshing, nice in the middle with its soft yeasty flavour mixed with "fresh" hops. We need more of those. Recommended!

12 ounce bottle from the Wine Cellar in Harrisonburg, VA. Pours an orange color with a thin head and thin speckled lacing. Fruity hop aroma with sweet malts. Taste is slightly bitter, slightly vegetal hops with grainy, sweaty malts. Medium bodied.,

Kind of bland with nothing special to offer. Wattered down with low flavor and aroma.

Dark golden color with a small, but dense off-white head. Mild floral aroma with a light caramel accent. Dry pale malt and minty hops through the first portion of the quaff. Clean and crisp for a pale. Some light fruit in the middle. A refreshing brew. An ale for a hot summer day. Thanks John.

It's a fairly standard pale ale. Much better than what most of New England has to offer - at least there are hops in it.

I must have had a bad six-pack.

Draught @ Buck’s Naked BBQ, Freeport. Deep copper, no head. Tin and diacetyl nose typical of Maine. Quaffable mouthfeel, balanced. Crystal malt. Decent innocuous beer to go with the gigantic portions of food.
