COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (pale, crystal and chocolate); Cascade, Mt Hood, Tettnang and Fuggle Hops.

Crisp and sharp, yet very easy to drink and enjoyable. Great with food or by itself.

In the bottle: not a bad English Pale from the US, a bit on the sweet and malty side,

Extremely fruit aroma as soon as the bottle was opened. Huge medium dense head. Powering alcohol scent up front in pint glass. Bright watery alcohol and fruits up front. The tiniest bit Of maple but alcohol persists too much to pick up other influences. Mild disappointment ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very strong, cloudy beer with alcohol being the predominant flavor. Very malty, like a whiskey.

It normally takes me a while to finish off a beer. I take my time enjoying each sip, this beer however I have trouble pacing myself. Its quite good.

Quite smooth. Would go great with a bucket of crawfish or oysters.
