COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The style of our summer ale is traditionally European, similar to a German kolsch: full bodied with a spicy hop tang and a rich, crystal clear golden color. Alcohol content is approximately 6% by volume.
Ingredients: Two row English malt (clarity, wheat and caramalt); Magnum, Tettnang and Saaz hops.

Pours out a dark yellow color with a smaller head. aroma is rather spicy and flavor was clean and refreshing. Not a bad brew

at he end of this beer there is a bit of strange flavor that be describes as a "wang" to the flavor. but its light and flavorful with malty taste. still good though.

The aroma is like vinegar with yeast, fruit, and malt. The appearance is amber with a small head. The flavor is like the aroma and acidic. The palate is thin. Overall this is trash. Maybe I got an old bottle.

Ended up getting a pitcher of this stuff without even trying it. Probably not the best idea. Pretty good appearance to it, dark golden colored topped with a great deal of head and lots of lace. The taste was subpar though. A tangy, tart taste with a somewhat bitter finish. Not nearly as smooth or refreshing as I thought it would be.

Smells light and grassy with some nice malt aroma. Pours a clear light copper color with a small fizzy white head. Taste is more flavorful than most summer brews, in a very good way. Nice strong malt presence with some zesty hop notes. Almost tastes like apple juice. very tasty.

Bottle. Pours a copperr in color with a good, full head. The aroma is slightly sweet, yet tangy - almost sweetend citrus. The flavor is crisp and hoppy with a strong malt presense to balance the beer out. For a summer Kolsch, it is very full in mouthfeel with a good bit of carbonation. Very good.

Pours dark golden with a fully receding off-white head. Aroma of mango, earthy citrus, pine. Taste is citric, earthy, American hops. Light caramel and sweet malt. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, lightly sticky with moderate carbonation. Tastes more like an amber ale than a Kolsch to my taste buds. Still pretty enjoyable.

Amber colored with an off white head. Aroma of caramel, mango, and butterscotch. Quite sweet and fruity, with the mango in the nose becoming more of a tangerine in the flavor. I get some diacetyl as well. Finish has some earthy and spicy hops to dry it out a tad.
