Italian Beet Festival 2012, Roma. Nera con schiuma marrone che non si attacca al bicchiere. Aroma abbastanza leggero di caffè è cioccolato, "sporcato" da una nota terrosa. Al gusto attacca delicatamente, con un piacevole nota dolce di caffè-latte e cioccolata. Parte bene ma evolve successivamente in un gusto troppo acquoso e scialbo. Peccato. Forse servita troppo fredda.. La riproverò.

Draught at BQ (Naviglio Grande), Milano. Color dark black with medium lasting white head. Aroma malt, roasted, coffee, chocolate. Taste sweet, caramel, chocolate, coffee, roasted.

Black coloured with a medium sized beige head.
Sweet and roasted aroma of dark chocolate with notes of hops.
Roasted flavor of caramel, dark chocolate and hops.
Roasted finish.

On tap. Pours dark black color with no head at all. Aroma is roasted, with hints of coffee and malt. Flavor is pretty straightforward, with coffee again and a bitter finish. Body is medium, with soft carbonation.

Bevuta alla spina, di colore ebano con schiuma fine molto persistente e compatta, ottimi i profumi di caffè e liquirizia. In bocca si sente molto la liquirizia e un leggero cioccolato, birra ben fatta e bilanciata.

Draught at "Italian Beer Festival 2011" - Milan.
Deep black color, nice nut head of great resistance. Much complex nose with decided notes of burned cereals, coofe, cocoa, and little liquorice. Smooth and mellow taste, much solid, with an elevated alcoholic perception on the end. Realy bitter with little ash rumors.
