Amarena, piuttosto carbonata, abbastanza secca e legnosa. Strana, ma non malissimo ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from 4Sensi, Milan
possibly brewed in 2012 and released in 2013; 7% ABV; bb 2016

Hazy light amber color with pink shades, small head. Mild aroma of wood, light fruits. Highly carbonated, with lean body, and very dry mouthfeel; some cherry flavor with a light tannic presence; low bitterness; it has very light vinous traits.
It doesn’t showcase neither the fruit or the barrel; fermented too much, too dry. Simple.

Good white head over clear copper-orange beer. Very complex fruity-fusel-alcohol nose; old wood and ripened cherries, oxydation. Light fruit taste (clearly cherry), good fruitacids (lipsmacking sourness) but rather litlle body behind. Again an Italian beer with excellent aromas, but thinnish, and missing body. Aftertaste restores something of the aroma at least, but in the mean time, one remains on ones hunger.
