Good white head over clear copper-orange beer. Very complex fruity-fusel-alcohol nose; old wood and ripened cherries, oxydation. Light fruit taste (clearly cherry), good fruitacids (lipsmacking sourness) but rather litlle body behind. Again an Italian beer with excellent aromas, but thinnish, and missing body. Aftertaste restores something of the aroma at least, but in the mean time, one remains on ones hunger.

Clear medium to dark amber red - orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, oak, cherry, berries. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet, light to moderate acidic and bitter with a long duration, cherry, oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic.
