Oatmeal pre-prohibbition Cream Ale.
Brewed for the 10th anniversary of the pub Pazzeria in Milan.

If you are Italian and ~40 years old, you will probably look for the "Manerba Ifix" too.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a very lively white head. Very dry Brett aroma. Medium body, a spicy fruitiness and a massively dry and bitter Bretty and yeasty finish – let’s just call it astringent. Pre prohibition Cream Ale?? No fucking way, this has a Bret infection, that somehow carries it through as some sort of Orval-clone. 230213

Bottle from Pazzeria, Milan
Hazy blond color, with excessive carbonation, huge head and violent perlage. Nicer aroma, delicate, green and grassy hops. Dry mouthfeel, with good herbaceous hopping and strong bitterness.
It’s a bit overcarbonated, but it’s a good beer, modern, easy with food.
