A naturally hazy pale wheat beer infused with ginger. Spicy, refreshing and with a hint of citrus, this is a quirky take on a classic.

Cask @ Ginger Goose, Bradford. Hazy orange-amber with a thick creamy head. The ginger is less obvious in its nose than taste, but is stated enough to be dominant in the latter aspect, although palatable in an easy-drinking texture.

Cask conditioned at Oxford Beer Festival ’14. Hazy gold to amber with white head. Whew, sweet ginger, like crystallised stem ginger then pear drops. It certainly is a weird little number. Not a favourite for me.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. As ’Ginger Wheat’. Cloudy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, semi dry with mild fine carbonation. Nice fresh ginger, flavoursome without much heat. Light citrus and marmalade bitterness. Semi dry finish with a good bitter linger. Tasty!

Lemon straw colour, soft haze, nice dense white head, good lacing
Aroma - great fresh lemon and soft ginger nose with nice fruity lemon zest
Taste - Fresh ginger, soft lemon juice, good zesty lemon, fresh, refreshing
Palate - soft carb, thinnish body. Finish of zesty spicy ginger, little bit dry though, bitter lemon zest in the tail, maybe bit over bitter
Overall - I was pleasantly surprised by this
