May 29, 2007 The aroma is sweet and fruity with grass and rice and lots of alcohol. The appearance is cloudy and bone white with some white flecks floating around. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is chalky. Overall an unusually strong and unique sake.

May 29, 2007 really fruity and rich in the beginning. the milky white pours gives this some defention. taste mellows out, but still lingers. very strong, very unique

Jan 18, 2007 Bottle from Party Source, KY. Chilled. Poured cloudy white with minimal legs. Moderate coconut and melons aroma. Medium body with a unfiltered creamy texture. Medium green apple and rice flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.
