Brewed from pure wheat malt, Geist Whistling Wheat is refreshingly light with a crisp, white head. With subtle notes of natural spice, coriander and bitter mandarin this one is an ideal thirst quencher. Top Fermented with a delicate alabaster colour, Geist Whistling Wheat has an alcohol content of 4.5% by volume.

Bottle in India. Consistent Wit qualities, but too much sweetness for me and definitely too much carbonation.

Bottled from Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Cloudy straw colour, small head. Juicy citric coriander aroma and flavour. Dryish and spritzy, fairly light bodied. Rather light in flavour. Excessive carbonation dilutes the flavour, but it provides good refreshing quaities.
