almost clear with the exception of a slight pale honey tint. it’s got some legs to it... the aroma is packed with cantaloupe, buttery rice and floral alcohol. moderate sweetness on the palate with flavors of melon/cantaloupe, vanilla, rice and flowers with a dry rice flour finish. burlap bag-like aftertaste. almost full bodied with an oily texture and horchata/rice water/gritty mouth feel. i make a crenshaw melon sorbet that pairs incredibly well with this...

Chilled bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured clear color with sticky legs. Moderate melons,light rice and small alcohol aroma. Medium body with a dry texture. Medium melon flavor with a medium dry warming finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met with a warming dry sake.

Texture is very oily at first sip, the aroma is a very mild fruity aroma is obvious rice overtones. The palate is medium body and a rich texture. Excellent

The aroma is ricey and grassy with some wood and celery. The appearance is clear and slightly yellow. The flavor is mild with all the elements from the aroma. The palate is oily with a dry ricey finish. Overall I like this Sake. When warmed this sake has a stronger alcohol presence.

(bottle - 750 ml) Clear, no carbonation, a little thicker than water. Almost like a watered down syrup. Aroma is very buttery and sweet with hints of coconut and alcohol. The flavor is light and sweet with a strong alcohol flavor and a sweet banana-like finish and an aftertaste of yeast mixed with some rice flavors. Hides the alcohol well, but hits hard.
