Commercial Description:
'Tis the season to be grumpy! This Winter Warmer should take the edge off a bit and instill in you a bit of good will toward your Barkeep, if not Peace on Earth. Malty and a bit fruit, it has plenty of body and a clean, dry finish.

Draft at the brewery. This was pretty good. Nice malt character all the way through. Couldn’t tell it was a 7.4% beer.

Heavy duty amber ale from the GLI. Medium body with caramel, and fruit in the flavor. Great winter beer. From what I hear this may only be a one time brew from the General.

Draft over Christmas. Copper with a medium white head and some ruby tinges. Aroma of malt, spices, toffee, caramel, and nuts. Tastes malty, with hints of almonds, red licorice, toffee, and caramel. Great complexity and marvelous balance. I growlered this, and I only growler elite beers.

On tap at the GLI. Poured a medium, cloudy mahogany color with a smaller off white head. Fruity and malty. Caramel. Lightly sweet. Very light alcohol in the finish (but not 7.4%).
