Commercial Description:
Unfiltered and cloudy, this beer is lemon yellow in color. Modeled after the refreshing wheat beers of Bavaria, banana and clove flavors imparted by the special yeast characterize this unique brew. Just right for a hot summer day, beer and nature find harmonic bliss.

Golden color with small white head. This was your basic Hefe. Light everything. Banana, clove, and wheat. Seemed too clear to be a Hefe.

Cloudy light saffron hue, no head, tastes of clove, banana and wheat. A little cirtus and yeasty. Aight

Draft at the brewpub. A hazy orange beer with a rim of white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet wheaty, but also with a soapy note and some oranges, leading to a dry wheaty end. The carbonation prickles the tongue. It lacks some banana, which makes me wonder if the it is a German yeast that has been used.
