Taste is dry citrus hops-grapefruit, secondary medium malt. Finish is some bitter. Initial flavor of caramelized malt that transitions to a mild grapefruit bitterness. Short, semi dry bitter finish. Flavor has a very heavy malty body, light hops and lemon noted. Nice light hoppy flavor with a good lasting finish. Dorwart (1621), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Feb 12, 2008 Thin head with great carbonation. Toasted malt aroma with some hops presence. Little bit of cereal also. Bright golden orange in color. Light bodied. Malty and fruity up front. Good hops presence in the flavor with lots of citrus and some floral notes. Sharp bitterness with some spics and herbal flavors too. A bit of pear. Dry and pretty bitter at the finish with some lingering fruit. A pretty good, everyday drinking pale ale.
