COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Say “pro-seem”, which means “please” in Czech. We’ve brewed our unfiltered Bohemian-style Pilsner using only imported Pilsen malt, Czech Saaz and German Northern Brewer hops, and a Southern German Lager yeast. Dĕkuji! 4.7% ABV, 35 IBU

Good sized bright white head of fine and creamy bubbles. Surprisingly, it settles very slowly. Light grassy notes in the aroma. Some pale malts, spices and lemon. Medium gold in color. Crisp, dry and refreshing flavor. Lots of lemon zest, wheat and bready malts. More spicy hops presence (saaz). Pretty dry yet a little sweetness is prevalent. Spicy hops and mildly bitter finish. A pretty good brew in a tough category.

Draft. Clear clean tellow color with nice head. The aroma was of light czech saaz with some sweet malt mixed in. The taste was the same with light sweetness and pils aftertaste. Pretty good and refreshing.

Draught at 275th Anniversary Party: Faint aroma. Smelled of hops, fruit, Pils malts, and lemon. Poured dark golden color with a small white head. Lightly bitter flavor. Tasted of bubblegum, Saaz hops, and Pils malts. Light to medium body. Average texture. Soft carbonation. Lightly bitter finish. Overall, just a fair Pils.

Had this one last week at GLI - Light golden color with a small head. Aroma of Saaz and light pils malt. Flavor is light, crisp and refreshing - dominated by Saaz and tasty malts. Good pils.
