Too good to be true. Will disappear before your eyes. You won’t believe your tongue. We’ve produce a crisp, fresh, hoppy Belgian pale ale using our own house-grown hops. The shocker is that this flavorful, medium-bodied, drinkable ale is less than 3% alcohol by volume!

Draft, at General Lafayette. Pours hazy brownish amber, topped with a small off-white head. Toffee aroma, which is nicely complimented by grain and floral hops. Flavor begins on the sweet side with caramel, toffee and grain, with spice and mild citric hops coming in towards the finish. The hops stick to the palate and provide a fairly lengthy finish. Medium bodied and very drinkable; a perfect session beer. Murky brown amber sm off w Malt some hops Malt hops come in for finish Hops linger. Med body easy to drink

I’m impressed by a low alcohol beer with big flavor. Mirage had a grainy aroma and bready flavor with mild citrus hops. Mirage is the opposite of what I’ve experienced in mass produced low alcohol beers; F-L-A-V-O-R.

BCTC growler I think from egadjzis. pours a hazy amber with a nice moderate head- slight lace. Aroma is light Belgian yeasty character, doughy, cookie dough, cracker, dusty and doughy caramel and light herbal hops. Flavor is a bit more toffee and caramel with a medium stewed crystal malt, herbs, Belgian phenols, light fruitiness and some grass. Easy drinking and pretty smooth- light finish.

Poured a lightly hazy amber color with a medium sized, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of toffee, toasted dough, faint spices, light floral hops, some citrus, and grains. Taste of citrus fruits, light grapefruit, grassy hops, toasted dough, husky, tannic grains, and a lightly carbonated mouthfeel.

Amber color with a mildly hoppy citrus/bready aroma. Flavor has a light citrus bite with some grainy/bready malts and caramel. Not bad for the style, but slightly lacking in feel and finish.

Pours a cloudy orange amber with a small bubbly off white head.  Aroma of caramel malt, nuts, Belgian yeast fruity notes and a hint of vinegar.  Flavor of citrus, tropical fruits, toffee, toasted malt, Belgian yeast esters and a touch of vinegar.

Draft at Craft. Poured dark straw with off-white head. Nose is spicy yeast, hopcitrus, mild clovey spice. Smooth and crisp, with hopcitrus and some spicy yeast esters in the flavor. Better than 99% of all low alcohol beers I have ever had.

On tap at the GLI Brew Pub. Poured a deeper and cloudy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of some nuttiness, roastiness, and caramel. Tastes of toasted nuttiness, a little fruity, and some spiciness.

Uh, not much to say... deep amber color, very little head. Caramel, nutty, malty aroma and flavor. I guess it’s ok when you figure there’s basically no alcohol in this beer.
