COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In honor of Green Flash Brewing Company’s collaboration with us during Philly Beer Week, we’ve brewed an homage to their flagship beer. Loads of Columbus and Cascade hops dominate the nose and flavor of this fruity, citrusy tongue-scraper.

On draft at the Inn. Poured hazy orange with about 3/4 inch head. Very nice lacing. Actually the first General Lafayette beer I’ve ever had that was appropriately carbonated. Lots of mouth puckering piney, floral hop flavor. A bit too thin but still a very nice brew.

Amber color with a big citrus/floral hop aroma. Flavor is hop dominant with lots of floral hops and some citrus. Nice malt backing. Not over the top, but quite tasty.
