UPDATED: APR 22, 2011 Mild aroma of hops and corn. Thin watery palate, with medimum carbonation. Decent hop taste, mild malt present, can’t beat the price., easy to drink with smooth finish.

Pour is medium yellow but very clear. Slightly off white head that disapaits quickly. Nose has some dry spice and earth. Watery malt and a bit boozey as well. Beer tastes sour immediately. There are some cream notes but they get overwhelmed by the tart nastiness which is the primary characteristic here. Drain pour

Fairly neutral aroma, smooth, mild. Not very good but preferable to genesee and genny light.

Thanks again Santa Adam for a brew I most likely would have never bought so not have had a chance to try. I poured this into a Sam Adams glass and was greeted with a great three finger white fluffy head on top of a clear golden yellow body. I got a lot of sweet malts coming from the nose with a light floral hop note there as well. It was sweet and crisp in my mouth with a light bitter finish. It had a light mouthfeel and great carbonation. It was really easy to drink I cold have had a few more. For the price I see on six packs I think its not bad but I like Narragansett as a local favorite better for a cheap drinking beer.

12 oz. bottle served in pilsner glass- poured a transparent bright yellow, mild carbonation, white ring around the glass for a head. Aroma of mild wheat and some very sweet corn. Hits the mouth with a light medium body, malt is very subtle, middle has an almost wavy honey sensation in the middle, finish is creamy and slightly lingering. Blew the previous one (Brooklyn winter) right out of the water.

OMG, is this still around? I used to drink it when I was a freshman in high school Mainly because the drinking age was 19, so a 13 year old like me could get served. And also because I didn’t know any better....
