3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
When it comes to American piss-water beer, Genny Cream is by far the best. I’ll take it over Bud, Miller, or Coors any day. I almost spooged my pants when I found it in Arizona. As a native of upstate New York, its a requirement that I like this stuff :)

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Sweet aroma of fruit. No malt or hop aroma. Nice color, no flaws there. Taste is sweet graininess with a hint of neutral noble hop flavor. Maybe hallertau? Mouthfeel is light and crisp. Highly carbonated. Any easy drinker - better than the BMC crowd.

"light hop profile with a fairly unique malt and cream aspect, this is better than your average swill, but not as good as many micros (or even a few macros) out there. ok to take a freebee, but to buy it?"

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pint can into pils glass, clear yellow-golden color with white head. Aroma of pale malt sweetness, metallic, corn and fainest fruitiness. Taste adds notes of candy corn, white bread, green apple, some graininess and faint balanced earthy hop bitterness. Light body, heavy carbonation, crisp with clean sweet finish. Alright enough and wouldn’t turn a free one down, but not something to seek.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours perfect yellow with a fat head of loose white bubbles that falls pretty fast. Perfect clarity no chill haze. Nose is light malt sweetness with a bit of depth and maybe a hint of corn. Taste is perfectly delicious. Forward malt with a crisp dry sweetness take the palate and something twangy. A bit of fruitiness from ale yeast and a light tartness comes in behind it. Some grassy hops finish it off. Slightly sticky, lager bite from carbonation and a medium creamy mouthfeel. Before you know it the corn has gone into the background and it’s a light honey you are tasting. This is a delicious and easy drinking beer.
It’s Iconic and so very cheap at $1.29 for the tall boy can.

Drank from a twenty four ounce tall boy! Decent beer to have a change from the generic drinking of Miller or Coors.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
16oz can picked up at The Grapevine
Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head that dissipates to a ring in the glass, spotty lacing. Mild aroma of light pils malts, grainy and some honey. Thin mouthfeel, light malts and hops, papery
Thin all around, flavored water. Not bad for a hot day

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear straw color with a one finger head. Aroma will remind you a little of a lager, just not as strong. As with the aroma, the taste will remind you of a lager but smoother and blander. Goes down very easy. I had no problem finishing the 24 oz. good for what it is, easy drinking, cheap beer. I didn’t mind drinking it one bit.

3.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
I know this beer doesn’t get the big high ratings of the hugely-hopped IPAs etc., but I gotta tell ya, I just finished an ice cold 16-ounce can of Genny Cream Ale, sitting in the shade after cutting the grass on a hot humid day and boy, was it refreshing.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
It had a light golden yellow color with visible carbonation and an average size white fluffy head. The head faded as I drank and left some spotty lace that slides down the sides of the glass. The aroma is full of sweet grain and corn adjuncts. There are some light hints of grassy hops as well. Its flavor is mostly sweet grain with a heavy corn flake cereal character. The hops are mild in flavor but offer more in the way of bitterness to the mix. On the tongue there is a slick creamy texture with some fizzy carbonation inside its light to medium body.
