22oz bomber 7/31/14 (Woodmans-Waukesha)-Pours an orangish amber with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, and malt. Taste of the same with some bitterness coming in. This light to medium bodied brew was not bad.

Had on tap at a restaurant in Lake Geneva. Don’t know why all the negative ratings. Very refreshing with good hop character. I thought the hop was well balanced with earth and toffee flavors as well. Enjoyable.

Reviewed from notes, had at Christmas time: Pours a hazy golden color with white head, very light and foamy. Citrus, pine, and earth tones on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with some hop resin.

Bomber pours a very clear copper with a thin khaki head. Aroma is malt forward, caramel and toffee, fruity borderline cider like. Taste like aroma is malt forward then drives into very bitter hops. Ok.

Citrus, floral, and caramel aroma. Golden amber with a thin white head mild lacing. Medium bodied, syrupy, like aroma, lemony, decent balance, and medium bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Too carmely. Bitter and kinda hoppy. Tons of white sticky head on a golden orange pour. Underwhelming. Had this on draft in their taproom.

Draft on tap at The Old Fashioned (Madison, WI). Figured I’d give this a try despite scores. Pours a dulled golden amber pour, frothy whitish head atop dies to a fimly layer, laces small. A deeper hazy middle shows some decent glow on the edges. Aromas present florals and earthy hops, bit of melon rind meets bready malts, straw, bit of biscuit. Firm earthy hopping isn’t complex but isn’t bad, fairlly fresh. Initial is lighter end of medium bodied preaching a decent to medium bitterness up front. A bit of citrus rind, lemon and a bit of orange meets decent florals, bready malts and some dough, a touch of toasty biscuit. Firm bitterness holds up through, it’s not complex but does the job. Bitter middle is floral, weedy, and grassy. Some tapering out elements show a bit of toastiness, decent bready malts and a bit of a dryness really starts to grow as we hit the backend and finish. A firm earthy hopping meets and finishes, some gentle body but this is pretty solid. Not complex, perhaps the kegs are just fresh here vs. bottle ratings. Solid. Nose a bit deadened.
