New to Tennessee Market for a few weeks now. 24 oz silver can, 5.5% abv. Genessee Ice. Clear, pale yellow body with a fading ring of white head. Aroma of cheap grain and grassy hops. Flavor is cheap grain and grassy. Finish is cereal, sweet malt, thin, watery. A point overall for volume, price, and somewhat drinkable if you’re going for a Natty Ice/Beast Ice replacement and are in college or, no offense to anyone, homeless.

Can. Pours yellow/gold, with a white head. Aroma is pretty much all grain. flavor is grain, alcohol, and a little sugar.

Poured a 12oz can into a tumbler.

APPEARANCE: Not bad, actually. Looks a lot like Schlitz with a clear amber color, decent head (some retention), very bubbly.

AROMA: Smells like a very cheap can beer (which it is). Metallic, funky, slightly skunked. Thankfully not too pugent.

TASTE: It tastes exactly what a 75-cent can of convenience store-brand beer should taste like. It’s basically wet straw, steel wool and water. Taste is tolerable at first, but becomes more sour towards the bottom. This beer must be drank ice cold because it tastes like dirty dishwater otherwise.

MOUTHFEEL: Super fizzy at first, tepid and thin later on.

DRINKABILITY: While the taste is quite bad, the beer at least goes down smooth once it becomes tepid.

OVERALL: It’s craptastic. This is the kind of beer the cheapest of the cheapskates buy (and the homeless). There are worse out there, but this is generic bad beer. Why bother?

22 oz Can- Pours a clear golden color with a big frothy head that fades quickly to some lacing. Grainy aroma with some sweetness. Mild crispness with a bit of sweetness. Has a grainy flavor thoughout. Light body, quite smooth.Goes down easy. best when ice cold. Can’t beat the price if your on a tight budget.

Mountain Brew Ice... Pours a muddled brown copper with some frothy, foamy head that quickly dissipates. Smells like skunky taint and cardboard soaked in malt liquor. flavor follows suit. pretty tough to drink, and gives a serious rotgut feeling. Yum

Absolutely putrid. I had the Mountain Brew Beer Ice (redirected me to this page). Taste is unbearable in all ways. At 5.5%, it’ll get you to your goal quicker. Choke it down if you can (and don’t have ANY other options).

On the low end of the beer quality scale. Not too much flavor. Much like a PBR, but perhaps a bit smoother and about a dollar cheaper. That’s what drew me to this. Cheap beer. I didn’t know it was "ice" until drinking it. I thought this died out in the ’90s.

Silver can purchased at Stewart’s in Long Lake, NY. Can reads "Mountain Brew Beer Ice" . Enjoyed during a long kayak ride with Eli. Pretty terrible stuff, not really refreshing.
