Pounder cans labeled Genesee Ice and list 5.5% abv. Probably the same, likely it is all just scraps lying around the brewery. Old cider and wet leather aroma, sugary alcohol as well. Fizzy medium yellow, dark enough to look okay. Bland sweet taste. Very smooth beer, you can drink it down and it doesn’t bit the same way a malt liquor does. Better than Genny Light...that is all.

Purchased a six pack of this from a Stewarts in Plattsburgh, NY for $2.99. Tastes like Natty Ice. Highlight of this beer is its amazing can that contains asexual bathroom sign characters showing what you can do with this beer: slam dunk, play volleyball, fly fish, etc.

kramer (5171) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 8, 2013
Can. Pours a clear dark gold body with a one inch fizzy white head that retained pretty well due to the heavy carbonation. The nose is pretty minimal, just a bit of corn and not a whole lot else, maybe a touch of cooked vegetables. The flavor is pretty sad though, bland and lacking in anything positive, it’s mostly water with a slight bit of corn. Light bodied and fizzy with a thankfully short finish. This one could be worse.

Not much aroma. The head is very untasty. The beer pretty much tastes like a super cheap light beer but at least there’s no heavy funk in the aroma.

Very drinkable for an Iced Beer. The smell precedes the actual taste of the beer and leads to a bit of disappoint. Although - it is very drinkable, but really doesn’t distinguish itself from other Iced beers.

I will agree with a previous review, yest this isnt as good as Cream Ale, but it is still decent. Good for a cheap beer.

Pours a dark clear golden with about 2 fingers of fluffy white head. Aroma is cornmeal. Taste is very much the same with some dry malts and no trace of hops. For the price, this is an okay beer, if not as good as the cream ale. Pretty generic ice beer.

24 oz. can on sale for $0.89 at Harris Teeter. Figured this one might be good for a laugh. Yes, this is horrendous. If you were expecting something even halfway quaffable, you’re in the wrong place. This tastes just like every other horrible malt liquor/high gravity lager you’ll ever have. I’m actually surprised to see this rated so highly here. In my mind, this almost has to be one of the 20 or so worst widely available beers on the planet (not including malt liquors, though this might just about qualify as one).

24 oz can out of a paper bag, enjoyed in my hotel room outside the ever cosmopolitian Seneca Falls. The can is shiny with a black head billowing out of the liqour store special brown paper bag. Nose is full of creamed corn aroma. Taste follows the creamed corn lineage with the additions of alchohol and metal. Bitterness balances. Body is a bit thin, but not watery. Not as aweful as expected.

24 oz can to pint. Looks decent; a transparent copper with white head. Smells skunky. Tastes like it smells with a sub-par mouthful. Bad, but could be worse.
