473 ml can from the LCBO. an adjuct laden 5.5% lager. this can only cost me $1.75 and it was still a waste of money. i got madder and madder at myself after each sip. pale yellow with a white quickly gone head. sweet corn aroma. flavour is sweet with some alcohol agressiveness. i actually asked my sister to grab this for me because it wasnt availible iin my city. what a waste of everyones time.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2009 473mL can from the LCBO. It was new and I am a starved ratings whore so I felt compelled to try it. Basically your typical macro pale lager with slightly more to it due to a slightly higher ABV though nothing really worthy of note. Sweet corn but not as nauseating as other macro swill. I will not be buying this ever again so congratulations LCBO on regular listing yet another completely pointless and uninteresting beer product.

Premium Genesee Ice Beer
Aroma of herbs, dough, and corn. Pale and sparkling apperance. Similar flavor to the aroma. Light body and lively carbonation. Great on a summer day. 5.9% alcohol, $13 for a 30 rack - Great buy!

Can. Pale gold. Ice cold so little to no aroma. No flavour except alcohol. To be avoided.

12oz can, darker than a normal pale and has some taste of alcohol and macro additives but if on a budget aiming to get sloshed Genny Ice is top notch.

Can. Dark gold beverage. Alcohol-forward aroma complemented by boiled white rice and confectionary sugar - not very appealing. Nearly flavourless, with a tiny bit of malt towards the end. About as basic and bland as you can get.

[117-20061126] 355mL (Genesee Premium Ice Beer from LCBO). Lightly rotting grapes and old chocolate aroma. Clear, dark yellow body with almost no bubbles and a medium-lasting foamy white head. Flavour is still of rotting grapes with that typical beery alcohol. Medium body, some astringency, a bubbly back-of-tongue light grainy dryness. Interesting flavour but not in a good way.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 faroeviking (10281) - FAROE ISLANDS - JAN 25, 2007
Can. Pale clear yellow colour with a short fizzy head. Weak aroma of grains and a bit of metal. Smooth weak taste, grainy with some mild hoppiness. Quite waterish mouthfeel. A beer which is quite easy to drink when served cold. Dull and simpel.
