This shit is good. Put some lime juice in it. I like it in a frosty mug. I can drink like 10 of them and still go to work the next day feeling great when my friends are hung over.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Genesee Ice has a medium-to-thick, off-white head, a clear, bubbly, deep golden appearance, and a lot of lacing left behind. The aroma is of faint, semi-sweet grain husks, and the flavor is of sweet malt and grain (corn, most likely), and biscuit, with a shade of hop bitterness. The mouthfeel is light to medium, and Genesee Ice finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, mostly dry, and very drinkable. This beer had a lot of body, and is remarkably smooth. I think itís very good. RJT

Aroma of herbs, dough, and corn. Pale and sparkling apperance. Similar flavor to the aroma. Light body and lively carbonation. Great on a summer day. 5.9% alcohol, $13 for a 30 rack - Great buy!

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2013 Presentation: It was poured from a 24oz can into a pint glass. Its abv is listed at 5.5%.
Appearance: The body has a clear golden hue with a tall white head. The head fades quickly to thin wispy layer that leaves a little light lacing at the top of the glass.
Smell: There is really not much here at all to note. It has just a very light and simple cereal grain nose.
Taste/palate: For an Ice Beer this one has a very modest overall flavor. I get some corn cereal and pale grain flavor notes with some light mineral and alcohol notes in the finish. The palate is lighter than most ice beers and overall it slides down quite easy.
Notes: Overall itís fairly clean, light and dry.

24 ounce can, labeled as Genesee Ice. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a clear dark gold color with about a half inch off-white head. Thereís a small amount of lacing. Not much to the aroma, it just smells like sweet/grainy malt. Taste is the same as the aroma, itís all sweet/grainy malt. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, itís smooth and easy enough to drink with moderate carbonation. Thereís even a slight slickness to the mouthfeel. This isnít too bad at all, there arenít any offensive flavors or aromas. Actually, I was expecting a lot worse so this brew was a nice surprise. For $1.09 a can you could certainly do a lot worse. For the style of beer it is, Iíd buy this again if I was in the mood for it.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Very drinkable for an Iced Beer. The smell precedes the actual taste of the beer and leads to a bit of disappoint. Although - it is very drinkable, but really doesnít distinguish itself from other Iced beers.

Can from Stewartís, labeled "Mountain Brew Beer Ice." Pours clear dark gold with a small white head. Aromas of corn, urine, and stale malt. The flavor is similar, with stale malt, corn, and sour alcohol. Not as bad as expected, but not good.
