24 oz. can on sale for $0.89 at Harris Teeter. Figured this one might be good for a laugh. Yes, this is horrendous. If you were expecting something even halfway quaffable, youíre in the wrong place. This tastes just like every other horrible malt liquor/high gravity lager youíll ever have. Iím actually surprised to see this rated so highly here. In my mind, this almost has to be one of the 20 or so worst widely available beers on the planet (not including malt liquors, though this might just about qualify as one).

Enjoyed in the backseat of an Acura riding down a Missouri highway.
It is a gold.

The aroma is only lightly sweet with a touch of rice and some dough. Itís got a little bit of tomato in there.

The flavor has a light herbal hoppiness, a mild but noticeable alcohol note, some sweet and grainy malt, a bit of light bitterness, itís about a medium on the sweet/dry scale.

Tallboy can
Appearance: Crystal clear light amber body with a white thin head. Soft white coating after dissipation.
Aroma: Mild sweetness, sort of gummy like and corn.
Taste: It tastes like corn, carbonation; mildly sweet with a lingering corny malty aftertaste.
Palate: Light and crisp.
Overall: It tastes like not much,itís not good, but it is cheap. So thereís that.

Not the greatest but not the worst. I've had worse beer. Amber color. long lasting head. smell of cereal grains. Don't let this warm up as it becomes a whole new animal. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pounder from a discount grocery store in Luray VA: Cow manure smell. Crystal clear amber, thick head. Weak and watery, fusel alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty worthless.

710ml can. Pale gold. Aroma is clena, light tangy corn, berry, sugar. Flavor is watery, lightly tart, corn, tangy, mineral water, spritzy carbonation. Not great.

Not bad if you have nothing else to drink. Watery very light on taste. Something to kill your thirst and that's about it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty sad. Seems like it was formulated for people who donít want the taste of hops (or much else taste-wise) interfering with their enjoyment of a malt beverage. Tastes and smells like almost nothing but there are some faint hints of sugar, toffee, creamed corn and melon. Honeydew, maybe?

Tall Can: Pours clear, gold, with a whipped white head. Grain, honey, corn aroma. Taste is a little cardboard.......barley malt, sweet....not bad. A slight malt liquor-vibe to it, even though itís fairly light.......or maybe itís just a mental projection brought on by my proximity to the big-ass can.
