I decided if i was going to lIve in western ny, i have to at least have the cheap beer from there. Enter Genny light. Light yellow, thin non existent head. Thin nose of corn. Corn corn corn on the front with bitterness. No hop flavor or aroma. Watery and thin body. Typical macro swill, but it claims to be nothing but that.

old review that never got in - noticed when transferring. Far from the most hateful, but far from good as well. Lawnmower beer at best with all the generic flavor you could want!

The other night I ended up at a college house party, and this is what a football player handed me. I tell that story because that was the most interesting part of drinking the beer. Thereís absolutely no flavor at all, just a bit of fizz and water.
Pros: It goes well with pizza, casual misogyny;
Cons: It tastes like dirty water, it would take a lot of these to get buzzed.

Can. Drank this while visiting my dad in Gouverneur NY. Like a seltzer water with alcohol in it. Could drink these all day long. Cheaper than Bud Light. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 11, 2016 My tasting notes for this just say, "Light Beer 3.5." I donít reckon I can really add a different angle to that that will really tell you any more about how this beer tastes so just say itís clean and easy drinking and leave it at that.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big sweet toast and honey nose. The flavor is like most of these pale lagers, overly carbed, fizzy sweet, paper. Drinkable..of course. People probably drink 20 of these in a session. Good? No.

Well, Iíve done a video review of this beer, so I might as well do a written one. Chugged a pint in under 30 seconds. Taste was carbonated water with a touch of alcohol. Very pale pour, very high carb and a huge head. Another terrible beer.

Tastes on par with PBR. Good to drink in the north country of NY. Other than that I won't drink it anywhere else. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tastes like corn syrup, musk, and a little fruity sweetness. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like corn, musk, and straw.

Wonderful tall boy present from Andrew. Pours pale straw yellow with creamy white head. Aroma is pale malts, sweet cream, and very faint toast. Flavor is creamy malt profile throughout with a touch of sweetness. Light body and medium carbonation.
