I used to really enjoy this beer, but I don’t think they brew it anymore. It had just the right amount of honey, not too sweet, yet still a pronouned honey flavor.

As I recall, this was a nice change from the traditional Irish red. Nice tones of honey but definitely not overpowering.

May 13, 2006 Too sweet and not enough grain. Lower end of acceptable. Not enough flavor and not crisp or bright. Anything less is not worth the effort. Borderline.

Dec 28, 2005 Pours a medium golden yellow color. Aromas of corn, hops, and a touch of sweetness. Flavors is typical lager with a hint of sweetness. Doesn’t really do anything for the beer.
