Not the greatest beer, but nice to have few in the fridge.

This is not an import. Unremarkable. No wonder, it’s made by Coors. Second tasting in better setting: Imagine a blend consisting of 30% Bass, 69% water and 1% red food coloring. There are some hops that struggle to come out, but the water eventually holds them down.

One of my fav beers. It’s not authentic Irish by any means, but definately high class.

One hell of a beer. Medium priced with the taste of an expensive import. Best mass produced domestic around.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2003 Certainly not terrible, like most of the brewer's other products, this is nonetheless a very dull unmemorable pretend-red-ale with average 'beery' nose, slight hop/fruit presence, little body, and just enough maltiness so you know they're trying to fool you. Yes, there are some bars where this (or Heineken) is the best beer; no, there's no reason you need to visit them.

RE-RATE (why? free!) blech. Even more bland than I remember it, and some nasty wet-cardboardy stuff at the end. But still miraculously good compared to Coors and Coors Light!

I gave this a 2.5 on 3/29/01. This looks nice but it doesn’t taste of much.

One of the best red beers out there. Best damn beer Coors makes.
