COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask, Occasional;
Real ale enthusiasts at the St.Helens CAMRA Beer, Cider and Pie Festival (1-3 October) are in for a real treat with the launch of a new real ale - inspired by the iconic Dream sculpture in St.Helens. Keith Wright, owner of the George Wright Brewery in Rainford, St.Helens said he believes the ale is one of the best he’s ever made and will be a future award-winner. "I’m really proud of St.Helens and we created a new beer that was something different, we decided to call it Dream in celebration of the fantastic artwork and the way it has captured the imagination of people from St.Helens and across the world!"

Cask Handpump at the Penny Black JDW, Northwich 17/10/2009 Fruity slightly skunked aroma. Small white head. Golden coloured hoppy fresh and fruity grapefruit flavour with a little dryness in a crisp bitter and creamy finish.

Wednesday 13th April 2011 finds me at John Lennon Airport in Liverpool again: this time a beery trip to Berlin is the reason. Before I board the plane however I had time to drink and review this beer. Handpulled pint in the Wetherspoons owned bar (Argosy) before the security. The beer was a dirty dishwater orange, murky, dull and cloudy. The head was creamy both in colour and texture, it left some heavy lacing as the beer level sank. The aroma was of wood and hops, oak trees came to mind. The taste was fairly dry and hoppy, not a lot of malts to be found. Medium bodied for a UK bitter and just above average in all aspects apart from the initial look of the beer, which sadly let it down somewhat.
