downender (1616), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Jul 17, 2008 Cask-conditioned at the Summer Beer Festival, The Royal Oak, Bath 17/07/08. This was corrupted by diacetyl - butterscotch totally dominated the aroma and flavour in an overpowering, cloying way. Awful.

(280708) Mes_and_Sim (4476), Highgate, Greater London, England Dec 31, 2007 A Mes rate: Cask at The Olde Market Tavern. Clean gold with an excellent white head and lace. Shit hot condition as always at the OTM. Lovely sprucey, grassy transatlantic hoppage. Almost chewy in an American IIPA type way. Bags of citrus. Wonderful lengthy hoppy finish. Lovely. jammin7jg (139), Withington, Manchester, England May 7, 2007 [CASK: The Waterhouse, Manchester 31/03/07] A pretty poor ale. Not very tast and quite hard drinking. Overall was not the worst but had far far better. Trough_Monkey (6), England does not count Sep 3, 2006 A mid-gold coloured ale, with a fresh flowery aroma, with hints of citrus fruits. On the palate, light fresh & very dry with grapefruit flavours. The finish is dry, hoppy & very refreshing. Overall a great thirst quencher, without ant real complexity.
