3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 DruncanVeasey (6101) - NUNEATON, Blue Square Premier, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2013
Live rate. 500ml bottle. Dusty yellow gold with a bright foaming head. Lemony aroma with distracting rust and aluminium. Decent floral, lemon zest and lemon infused sponge notes upfront leading to a slightly earthy, monkey nut-like malt finish with a likeable tweak of bitterness. Better than expected.

This is great session beer, really refreshing and packs a real citrus and grapefruit punch. Its pale golden colour and thick brilliant white head make for an enticing ale, with it’s dry finish is leaves you craving more. It is well deserving of its awards and hopefully inspire more beers like it!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Leighton (6893) - London, ENGLAND - MAR 4, 2013
Cask at the Euston Tap, London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a stupidly tight, white cream head. Pleasant though mild aroma, pale malts, light dried citrus and lemon in particular, some hay. Light sweet flavor, lightl citrus fruits, mellow bitterness, straw, lots of tasty, dried pale malts.ight bodied with fine carbonation. Clean, lightly dry finish, some dirty hay, nips of tangerine. Very nicely balanced APA.
3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 bellinghamd (6) - - MAR 4, 2013 does not count
Aroma: subtle: very very light hops
Appearance: syruppy amber; dense worn ivory head
Taste: Suprisingly three-dimensional given the almost total lack of aroma: exciting mix of salt, sweet, sour and bitter - very strong grapefruit.
Palate: medium body; slightly oily texture; lively carbonation disappearing rapidly; quite rough but lasting finish
Overall: Very interesting bitter, with three-dimensional qualities which don’t quite hold together for top marks; the after-taste keeps you thinking as it shifts from salt to sweet to sour. Not a social beer as it’s too intriguing in its own right. Aptly titled Pipedream !

Fruity aroma in a healthy golden ale with a thick creamy head. Is hopped based and those used give it a heavy texture. Fruit flavours.

Cask at GBBF 2012. Golden coloured bitter. Wow this is actually quite good, a well balanced bitter with a grapefruit marmelade hop character and a long bitter finish.
