Growler at the office from Georgetown. In typical Georgetown style, this pours hazy, light golden in color with a respectable head. Nose is quite hop forward with a snappy pale malt zestiness backing. Hints of damp dank hops and lively citra like notes. Crisp crackery malt, light fruit punch hop sweetness, finishes up with light piney bitterness. Full of flavor and drinks super easy.

Draft at Buckley’s. Pours a clear medium gold with a loose white head. Nice citric and piney nose. Crisp body a bit on the light side of medium. Toast, caramel, and a lot of piney bite on the mid-palate, showing through tangerine and grapefruit. The hop bite is a bit unexpected for a beer that’s on the lighter side--side by side with a Stone IPA, it seemed bitier and more bitter, though it wasn’t. With the lower gravity, what hops there are can just slap you around a lot more. A very efficient hop-delivery mechanism, even if the payload is lower than a lot of the big IPAs we see around here all the time. Will definitely order again.

This beer brewed for the Naked City Session fest a nice IPA 3.99% alcohol. Golden in color, clear with a thin head. Nice hops aroma floral and fruity. Good light malt flavor. This was light and very tasty dry finish. I could drink this all day.
