Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice hops flavor and finish. Awesome taste and I was loving this big double IPA.

Sample at the brewery tap room. The beer pours amber-orange with a medium thick off-white head that dissipates slowly. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, malt and citrus. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, roast malt and grapefruit. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrus and hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft at ncbc. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber with a loose whitish head. Big piney sweet floral caramel nose. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Darkened caramel with intense pine on the mid palate. Long resiny finish.

Pale malts caramel and big floral pine and citrus hop nose. Amber pour nice creamy head and lace. Flavors of piney and citrus hops up front pale malt sweetness a little toast and caramel. Nice balanced bitterness in finish. Smooth with hidden alcohol at 10%. Nice local beer.
