Pours a light golden orange with a thick white head that leaves good lacing. Smells of pine, grapefruit and citrus. Tastes of all the same things I mentioned above but the citrus shines through on this ipa. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy with a dry finish. This is one of the better northwest style ipas available only on draft. It is really well balanced.

Fairly sharp dry but pretty aggressively bitter IPA. I thought because it’s from Georgetown it couldn’t be top top notch, but this is solid stuff.

Nice piny aroma, lasting thick, foamy head, clear copper body. Taste is nothing out of the ordinary, hops mild enough for malt flavors to be present. Decent but not outstanding

On tap at Toronado SF. Hazy orange/amber with a small white head. Nicely hoppy and balanced with grapefruit, hay and pineapple. The finish was bitter and relatively dry.

Draught at Beer Komachi. Pours a warm gold, slightly hazy. Sweet citrus aroma, some malts. The hops really pack a punch, but with nice citrus and caramel malt flavours to balance it.

Really citrusy on the nose. Lots of bright hops. The types of hops used make the Tate quite juicy. Really love this fresh.

On draft. Golden amber pour, with an off white head. Citrus, some sweet malt, mild caramel, bitter orange rind, grapefruit, and slightly metallic. Not bad, but pretty standard IPA.

Served on tap. Pours typical IPA color. Smells leafy and crackery. Tastes like every brewpub IPA you’ve ever had. Not all that hoppy, and what hoppiness there is manifests in one-note bitterness and vegetal plantiness. Crackery malt backbone. Meh

An excellent hoppy APA, but poured with little to no head. Minimal lacing, but still a nice fresh flavor or hops and citrus. Very drinkable.

Great beer. I keep a keg at the house. Brilliant hop profile. Very floral. You have to be careful. A lot of tap houses don't maintain their lines well. Kills the floral hop flavor. It's all bitter. Still beats most other styles of beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Sandpoint Grill.

Pours a deep copper with a foamy, lingering head. Pine dominates the aroma, a bit of soft fruit in there too. The flavor is totally old school, Amarillo notwithstanding. It’s really nice as old school goes, tons of pine and a bit of citrus peel, but super trad. Bitter oils are fairly heavy and linger long after the meal. On one hand, this is better than I expected from Georgetown. On the other, at 98th percentile with only 71 ratings, it’s way over-rated. I just don’t get the crazy love this one is receiving.
