A careful selection of Northwest hops, premium barley, and our unique yeast give this ale a rich and complex malty middle with a snappy hop finish. Crisp, clean and smooth with hints of citrus and fruit.

On tap at the Knitting Factory. Tastes nutty--weird for a pale. Tastes a little watered down towards the end. Deep copper/amberish color. Interesting take on the American pale ale.

Poured a cloudy amber. Aroma was interesting with sweet cream and citrus. Flavor was not as hoppy as I would have thought for a pale ale. Fairly bland but there is a slight minty pine hops aftertaste. Overall, I expected it to be a bit more aggressive. I thought it was a bit boring.

Wicked Good Beer. Smooth hoppy taste. A good session APA. Not too dramatic with the hops but you know you are drinking an IPA/APA. Good hop flavor. On tap at the Crimson C.

Tap... Poured amber with a white head, nice lacing. Hoppy sweet aroma. Big bread like grains and hop bitterness. Sweet caramel and creamy finish.

A staple at most common denominator beer houses in Seattle. Nice citrus zest for a Pale. Delivery is heavy in body, but light in taste. Looking for more crisp malt and candy in the middle. Finishes with a nice floral assortment.

On tap at some place in Port Angeles, WA. Color was light amber with a good amount of lacing. Aroma of fruit and citrus. Flavor was very bready with citrus. Some fruit as well. A good aroma and mellow flavor. Good.

This was widely available in Seattle. Perfect balance between bitterness and sweetness for a pale. One of the finset examples I’ve had. Whit head and orange-red color contrated well. Wish this was in NC.
