Shaker pint draft at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue, Washington. Pour is cloudy orange amber with a nice white head. Aroma is clean with a slightly grainy citrus hop, followed with nicely balanced biscuit malt. Taste is good, featuring the unfiltered hop and malt mix. Mirrors the nose well. Aftertaste is a little bit funky, and really the only complaint I have with the beer. Nice everyday beer, was great with a spicy dish I had.

Pale copper penny coloring with a two finger frothy head that receds into some lovely lacing. Very sessionable with a solid caramel maltinessand a dry bitter hop finish.

Draft @ Falcon Tavern - Beautiful light amber, small white head, aroma of toasted grain and hop flowers, apparently varies from keg to keg in Boise, mine was bright, toasty, very bready, quite suprising, finished with a great mouthfeel and a bitterness that lasted...awesome suprise...

Tap Cloudy gold with a small white head. Mild hop aroma. I completely agree with chokmah33 below: "dank . . . sour . . . tangy, mild astringent palate." This is what I had in my notes. What is weird in the tanginess is that there is also a soapy thing going on that sort of ruins the overall experience of the beer. It’s still an overall fine pale ale, but the brewers need to adjust the recipe if this is going to compete in the Northwest.

Tap @ Front Door Boise: Pours a lightly misty amber color with an average head and lacing. The nose is spicy with floral cascades and some light sweet maltiness. The flavor is balanced, a nice clean dry pale ale with a full body and nice drinkability. Good!
