On tap at the Maple Leaf Grill in Seattle.

Pours a cloudy amber with a small, off-white head. The aroma is limited but inviting, with soft citrus, hops, and a hint of yeast. The flavor is similar, a smooth-drinking, well balanced American pale ale with ample (but not emphasized) bitterness in the finish.

While this is not a complex beer, it is a very pleasing one that is a joy to drink.

Had on draught at Billy Mchales in Lynnwood on 7/13, and ironically this is my 713th beer! This pours a cloudy swirly orangey yellow mix with a medium white head with excellent lacing. The aroma is piney and citrusy with a hint of sweet malt, basic but pleasant. The flavor is medium bodied and very session-esque. Pine hits you mid sip followed by a citrus and mild malt finish to strengthen the tongue for more. Very smooth finish, little alcohol presence, dry and sweet. Grassy earthy body, dry sweet finish.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2013 On draft at Ivarís Acres of Clams on Pier 54. I was told that this is made by a former brewer from Mac and Jackís. It has a cloudy, unfiletered orange and light brown appearance, with a pungent grassy hope nose. I donít think that the 28 IBUs is correct anymore, because this beer was approaching the IPA range... more likely 40-60 IBUs. Had a nice cascade fruity grass flavor, gritty hop mouthfeel, much like a homebrew. Very sweet and full of pineapple and lemons. Iím was fairly impressed by this one.

hazy orange/amber hue, thin white head, delicate citrusy aroma, vey blanced beer with a clean flavor, pleasent to drink, their slogan sums it up..."darn tasty"

Draught @ Brouwerís Cafe pours a very hazy dark orangish hued amber, small white head, lively carbonation, with web like lacing. † Soft hop aroma, fairly fresh. † Soft hop palate, smooth, clean, and no graininess. † Medium to full bodied. † Finishes very clean, very soft hop palate but no grain or other buggery things. † Not big mind you, but very palatable and easy to drink. † Recommended

Nice pale ale, seemed like an IPA. Orange-amber colored with a clean hop aroma. Hoppy with nice malty flavour to complement. Bitter finish.

Golden, hazy appearance. Lightish, foresty hop aroma. Light, biscuity malts in both flavour and aroma. Moderate, restrainede example with an unfortunate hint of balsamic vinegar at the end.

On tap at Jaks, Seattle location. For some reason I want to love this beer. I keep trying it but it falls shy of going beyond good. Pours an orange amber color with no head. It looks as though itís flat. Everything is mild and subdued about this beer. The nose is mostly malt with a faint caramel sweetness lingering. Light bodied, with malt flavors and a simple hop finish. Yes, itís a clean, easy drinking beer, but far from greatness.

UPDATED: JAN 8, 2005 Very odd aroma, the best description I can give you is that is smelled strongly of Skittles: soft an sugary with a very minimal amount of hops in the aroma. Very interesting hop combination, I found more dry citrusy characteristics than anything else. Flavor kind of lumbers slowly at you and the finish is disappointing, unusualy subtle in most respects. Too typical, especially for this area.
