Mild fruits (Pineapple + apricot) and light hops aroma. Dank floral hops taste matched with bisquity malts. Sour nectarine undertone. Tangy, mildy astringent palate.

Jun 8, 2008 Draft @ Falcon Tavern - Beautiful light amber, small white head, aroma of toasted grain and hop flowers, apparently varies from keg to keg in Boise, mine was bright, toasty, very bready, quite suprising, finished with a great mouthfeel and a bitterness that lasted...awesome suprise...

May 22, 2008 Tap Cloudy gold with a small white head. Mild hop aroma. I completely agree with chokmah33 below: "dank . . . sour . . . tangy, mild astringent palate." This is what I had in my notes. What is weird in the tanginess is that there is also a soapy thing going on that sort of ruins the overall experience of the beer. It’s still an overall fine pale ale, but the brewers need to adjust the recipe if this is going to compete in the Northwest.

Feb 28, 2008 (Draught) Sampled at Peaks Brewpub in Port Angeles on February 8, 2008. Golden with a white thin head. Nose of mild malt and slight pale hops. Flavour hits somewhat harder with a minor Pine hop base. Good.
