COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yakima grown Czechoslovakian Saaz hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a German Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

Serving: from tap--at Veraci Pizza. Aroma: lightly hoppy. Appearance: almost non-existant, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, sparkling, medium-yellow body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: I really like this Pilsner. It’s light, refreshing, and it has flavor without being overly hoppy.

Clear light golden color with white head. Nice earthy spicy hop, aged pils malt aromas. Medium body with average co2. Crisp, dry spicy, earthy, herbal hop flavors with light, crisp pils malts--very tasty

On tap at the brewery. Pours a crystal clear straw yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy and foamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is bready pils malts with a light earthy hop spice. Flavor is better with a nice grassiness to the light earthy spice hops and a very lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy and bready pils malt backing. Finishes clean and lightly bitter before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a crisp, moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pils. Grassy with a light earthy spice and a bready pils malt backing. Okay.

Sample at the brewery tap room. Clear pale golden color with a medium fluffy white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Short stringy lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of hops, spices and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, sweet malt and a touch of fruit. The finish is mildly bitter with a short spiced hops aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Decent enough. Just absolutely something to guzzle without memorable qualities. I guess some decent hops, but no depth or body.

On tap at the brewery. These guys seem to like the more session-able styles with good flavor. A light malt body was accompanied by a tight crisp hop bitterness. A nicely done pilsener.

From tap at Taphouse Grill. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light spiced and grassy. Bitter, grassy and dry. Straight forward. Mild bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Clear yellow, thin white head. Aroma of apple and sweet malt. Taste is has a juice type sweetness, lightly acidic. Kind of boring, especially considering the beers I tried before this one, but that was my fault, not the beers.
