COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Yakima grown Czechoslovakian Saaz hops give this refreshing pilsner a spicy and earthy hop aroma. Malt character is accentuated by a German Lager Yeast that ferments dry but round and complex.

A bit grassy and bready, but simple overall.

Draft at Coopers. Pours Clear gold, lovely white head. Aroma: olives?! Floral once it warms a bit, and fruity. Taste: olives - hard to get past that. I particularly dislike olives. Lightly fruity, moderately sweet. Crisp. Overall: Sigh. Perhaps an off batch or something funky with the draft line, but I’m in no hurry to give this another go around.

9/28/2010. From bottle. Pale yellow with a white head. Malty and hoppy aromas with earthy notes. Light fruit, grain, hops and yeasty flavors. Nice bitter finish.

Compared to the truma pils I just had this brew is a breath of fresh air. Nice body and nicely hopped. Clean and mildly citrus hopped flavor no head and not very champagne like, but a nice flavorful lager.

Draft. Poured clear amber color with an average white frothy head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate earthy hop and sweet malt aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good drinkable brew

Serving: from tap--at Veraci Pizza. Aroma: lightly hoppy. Appearance: almost non-existant, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, sparkling, medium-yellow body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation. Overall: I really like this Pilsner. It’s light, refreshing, and it has flavor without being overly hoppy.

Clear light golden color with white head. Nice earthy spicy hop, aged pils malt aromas. Medium body with average co2. Crisp, dry spicy, earthy, herbal hop flavors with light, crisp pils malts--very tasty

On tap at the brewery. Pours a crystal clear straw yellow colored body with a finger-width, frothy and foamy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is bready pils malts with a light earthy hop spice. Flavor is better with a nice grassiness to the light earthy spice hops and a very lightly sweetened, somewhat grainy and bready pils malt backing. Finishes clean and lightly bitter before leaving a medium length aftertaste. Light body and a crisp, moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent pils. Grassy with a light earthy spice and a bready pils malt backing. Okay.
