4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Came to Seattle for a wedding and they served this and Manny’s Pale Ale at the reception. Well done. This was a very tasty pilsener. Light and crisp, but not so malty that it was still easy to go back and forth between the two beers. Really quite excellent.

Clear light golden color with white head. Nice earthy spicy hop, aged pils malt aromas. Medium body with average co2. Crisp, dry spicy, earthy, herbal hop flavors with light, crisp pils malts--very tasty

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the brewery. These guys seem to like the more session-able styles with good flavor. A light malt body was accompanied by a tight crisp hop bitterness. A nicely done pilsener.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(Draught) Sampled at Taphouse in Seattle. A rather expensive sampler at $9.95 for four 4-ounce samples. Pours a thin, white head with an amber body. Nose is very crisp and mildly citrus. Flavour is incredibly clean and light with some corn and light hops in the finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
2/13/08 On draught at the Crab shack, Bellevue, Wa. Aroma is definitely pils malt forward with a great noble hop background that brings in earthiness and really sets this apart for those used to more common light lagers. Appearance is clear yellow gold with a low white head. Flavor is slightly sweet, and nearly as strong as a classic American lager, with a more distinct noble hop flora. Mouthfeel is low bodied with a medium carb feel. Overall, a cool brew that seems to have double the flavor of what you’re used to.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at Eastside Club. I appreciate most beer styles but am not normally a fan of pilsners. This beer changed my attitude. It is a light yellow in color, so light it drew derision from my porter-drinking companions. The flavors are surprisingly bold and well-defined but clean. I first noticed a dominant graininess followed by the characteristic Czech hoppiness. Very refreshing.

3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Serving: from tap--at Veraci Pizza.
Aroma: lightly hoppy.
Appearance: almost non-existant, white, initial head with no lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear, sparkling, medium-yellow body.
Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration.
Palate: light body, watery texture and lively carbonation.
Overall: I really like this Pilsner. It’s light, refreshing, and it has flavor without being overly hoppy.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Gold color with a big fluffy head. Aroma of light bready malt. Flavor is bready and biscuity with some floral and grassy hops. Light and crisp. Rather regular, but well made.
