COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Only the best ingredients were used: malts, hallertau hops, water and yeast. From these ingredients our brewmaster brews according to a traditional recipe Georgius beer. Of course according to the purity law of 1516. The perfect temperature ends his work in the cellar.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, buttery, light hoppy, grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090306]

Bottle, 4.5% bought at the brewpub. Mild buttery aroma. Clear yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is hayish, hint of butter. Low bitterness. Quite drinkable in spite of the butter.

Bottle, thanks to MiP for sharing. Clear yellow colorued with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of hay, spices and hops. Fruity flavour of hay, fruits and spices. Dry hoppy finish.

1 L bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Slight malty and butterish aroma. Mild cornish and cereal note. Subdued sweet and slight butterish flavoured. Light bitterness coming through. Brewmash and mild hoppy flavoured finish.
