Bottle brown, 500 ml, ext. of dry bread 2.5%
Appearance: Pours yellow to brown, quite frothy, initially medium and slowly decreasing to small head, carbonation of the body is moderate but saturation is weak, body colour is essential and nice red, body texture is hazy, blured, foggy, red amber in colour, quite nice.
Aroma: Nice aroma of rye bread and dry bread, some suggary - sweet notes, caramel, burned sugar, white sugar, kind of heavy and dull sweetness.
Flavour: Not boring but slightly too sweet. Gentle notes of spices, bread, dark brad, dry bread, caramel, quite a lot suggary sweetness. No citric accid or apple accid in the taste what is very positive. Not too sticky on palate. Later on when its warmer honey becomes present considerably.
Palate: Body is medium, texture is wattery to syrupy, carbonation on palate is soft. Finish feel is kind of flat with some sticky sweetness.
