COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pleasingly rich brew with a roasted malt character, utilizing five different kinds of specialty malt with a hint of sweetness in the finish and deep brown in color. This is a classic Munich style lager with almost 5.5% by weight and accompanies spicy food and hearty dishes.

Draught at the brewpub. Dark mahogany, almost clear, small fairly pesistant head. Nutty roasty malt aroma. Sweetish with rounded mouthfeel and notes of butter. The solid roasty malt creates flavours of licorice and asphalt. Finishes abruptly in a fruity, lightly salty finish without bitterness.
