COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true masterpiece of German bavarian tradition, this beer is made by the adition of wheat grain to our regular pale malted barley. It shimmers with the typical cloudiness of a true "Hefeweizen", originating from a top fermenting yeast. It's fruity finish makes it a favourite among beer lovers.

UPDATED: FEB 21, 2007 Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy yellow, lively creamy head. Aroma of banana, cloves and paper. Medium sweet with soft mouthfeel. A short burst of papery malt flavour followed by estery banana. Fruity and medium bodied, perhaps a bit mushy. A more than decent weizen.
