0,5 l swing top bottle BB 14.04.2017 Gefällt mir sehr gut. Nicht zu süß. Nicht zu schwer. Aber auch kein Leichtgewicht. Der Alkohol hat sich gut "versteckt". caramel, cereal, nuts, roasty, brown, clear, frothy, brown foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, full body, oily feel, soft carbonation, long finish,

This bock has roughly foamy crown, one malty aroma of caramel, hard toasted malt and fruity flavor which also characterizes a good bock. The taste is initially easy and surprisingly gentle, but after the mouth gets used a little to reveal its sweet malt notes with distinct caramel, ripe berry fruits and a hop bitterness long and persistent. The alcohol gives it a little warmth and bite, and the Bock is really tasty.

swing top bottle 500ml. -from Galeria Kaufhof Berlin am Alexanderplatz. Clear amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, dryish grainy caramel nose. Toasted malt, caramel, grain, slightly metallic and nutty with touch of alcohol in rather sweet finish. Average.

Thanks Ogi! Dark red, just slightly tinged with amber, lovely. Off white thick head, medium retention. Slightly lighter than the Dunkel, but as pretty. Fine malty aroma, light bubblegum, grainy, slightly husky notes underneath, coffee and chickpeas, light. Taste... eh. The dunkel is better. Just slighty metallic/herbal. Dry, almost no alcohol presence, just slightly sweetish, slightly dry maltiness. Eh.
