Clear medium red brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, light and dark bread. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (100508)

May 24, 2008 Thanks to kappeldave123 for this bottle at Zinisters tasting. Clear brown with no head. Malty, very sweet nose. Taste is sweet, sticky and bit alcoholic. Not a bad beer for a tasting but I could not drink an entire bottle of this.

Pours deep bown with a sweet isopryl alcohol nose. Flavor is fat molasses chocolate pudding. Full mouthfeel. Nice brew.
